This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to join the team at this lovely residential and dementia care home in Stockport.

The Care Manager will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day management of the home and responsibilities will include care planning, interacting with residents and relatives, medication management, liaising with healthcare professionals, conducting audits, undertaking observations of the team, showing people around the Care Home, assisting with rota management, guiding and mentoring the team and, overall, ensuring that high quality care is being provided.

This is a superb role for an experienced professional who is looking to progress within their chosen career. You must have a genuine desire for working in the care sector, with a particular passion for working with older people and those with dementia.

This role is ideal for a Deputy Care Home Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally have QCF Level 5, or equivalent, as well as relevant experience and knowledge.
