Are you tired of working in the same role? Are you feeling under appreciated? A leading Main Contractor in London with projects worth £20million - £100million are looking for document controllers who are wanting a challenge and a change.

Duties include:

* Supporting the Production/ Technical team with the day to day administration and document control following the company processes and procedures.
* Managing and administrating the document collaboration system.
* Uploading, downloading drawings, scanning and uploading received hard copy documents, maintaining up to date drawing files and registers, collating and issuing of drawings and tender packages.
* Establishment and maintenance of central site files, drawings and registers.
* Archiving, photocopying, scanning, converting drawings to various file formats, binding, and assisting the project team as required.
* Collation of O&M/H&S files
* Maintain office files/registers
* Using microsoft Office to send email and meeting requests, produce correspondence, reports and minutes.
* Booking meeting rooms and diary management

Personal attributes:

* Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages aswell as 4projects, BIW, Aconex, ASITE etc.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
* Confident and eager to learn.
* Good communicator with excellent grammar.
* Must have minimum GCSE Level C Maths and English.
* Ability to work within a team and be flexible.
