A leading global retail brand are looking to improve their penetration (visitors and shoppers) and attract new people to their brand to complement their loyal customer base. They are trying to build more relevant and tailored communications to grow penetration and also move to being a truly multichannel retailer by increasing engagement online

THE ROLE

If you were to be successful in your application for this Marketing Performance Analyst (SQL, Excel, Qlikview, Adobe site catalyst) role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Build the foundations to support effective, efficient and integrated digital marketing performance as well as contribute to defining the performance marketing strategy
  • Support the online growth of the e-commerce site as well as aligning SEO and SEM as part of the digital ecosystem and digital consumer journey
  • Affiliate, re-targeting & other performance marketing measures- providing analytics and scenarios for the definition of the right mix, balance and investment strategies to maximise impact and efficiency
  • Translate business questions into analytical requirements and perform analysis to gain insights and identify opportunities
  • Identify operational opportunities and make recommendations to improve digital marketing
  • Analyse relevant data sources to improve/develop integrated digital marketing campaign architecture and (if needed) provide recommendations on site design

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

In order for your application for the Marketing Performance Analyst (SQL, Excel, Qlikview, Adobe site catalyst) role to be successful you will need;

  • Excellent database experience (SQL) as well as excellent Excel ability
  • Proven experience providing valuable insight which influenced a company's digital presence
  • In-depth experience with marketing, digital marketing or web analytics tools (Adobe site catalyst, alteryx)
  • Experience with reporting technologies such as Qlikview and Cognos
  • A Passion for Ecommerce and experience of identifying and managing third party digital marketing resources and agencies
