Your new company
Hays are looking to expand our reach of Support Workers to work with various specialist care providers throughout Bournemouth and the surrounding area; they provide care for both Children and Adults so Support Work is available with both client groups.

Your new role
As a Support Worker, you will support clients in all aspects of their life, and take care of their emotional and physical well being. You will promote and encourage their independence, as well as ensure their safety at all times. You will also work well with their families and private carers, as well as other health care professionals, to make sure that medication duties and paperwork are completed to the correct standard.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 6 months of previous Support Work experience. Ideally you also will have an NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 or equivalent, as well as mandatory care training. Access to a car and a driving licence are desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
There are a huge amount of benefits to working with Hays Social Care, including a Free Enhanced DBS, Flexible Working Hours to suit you, and Competitive Pay Rates depending on the clients we place you with. We also provide free online training to all successful applicants, and provide you with One Consultant who will be your main point of contact for all of your Hays Work.
