Internal Sales Executive - Cwmbran or Bristol

£18,400 + uncapped commission + RI Rewards, OTE £25k

We are looking for those individuals who are ambitious and hungry for commission, perhaps potentially interested in moving through our Sales ranks!

This vacancy for an Internal Sales Executive will be based out of the Cwmbran or Bristol offices, dependent upon the location of you, the successful candidate! There will be occasional opportunities to meet clients in the territories surrounding the offices also!

The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and generate increased sales volumes by making appointments to new development customers for field-based sales executives across one or more divisions.


  • To increase the productivity of Area Sales Executives in their geographical area to help achieve their sales target
  • Answer incoming customer enquiries regarding Washrooms accounts and inform relevant parties
  • To assist the Area Sales Executives to manage their time effectively by ensuring diary is maximised, up to date and accurate at all times
  • To make development appointments for the Area Sales Executives from sales opportunities
  • Increase conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly sales meetings
  • To demonstrate ethical sales behaviour at all times, respecting the diversity of all colleagues/customers
