A fantastic opportunity has emerged for an Allocations Team Leader to join our client based in South West London.

This is a full time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and the client is keen to recruit a candidate with previous experience of:

* Making the best use of accommodation, minimising costs and void loss and overcrowding and underoccupation.
* Ensuring that all performance targets are met.
* Delivering the allocations service to ensure excellence in the administration of the allocations process for all forms of temporary and permanent housing solutions, including nightly paid and B&B accommodation.
* Staff management of a team of Allocation Officers.
* Allocating Temporary &/or Permanent Accommodation and use of Home Connections or similar Choice Based Lettings system.

This role will ideally suit a candidate who is immediately available or available on a short term notice period. Candidates with an enhanced DBS would be useful, but not essential.
