Staff Nurse RMN/RNLD required in Hucknall
Salary: £14.10ph
Hours: Full Time, variety of hours available

We are looking for an innovative and motivated Registered Nurse to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team and Patients to devise structured care plans which are tailored to the individual, where goals, progress and milestones can be understood and measured by the patient and their care team.

This is for a Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre and it's a 70 bed centre providing specialist person-centred rehabilitation, care and support for adults with either a brain injury or other complex progressive neurological condition. They offer care for patients who are no longer able to be cared for at home but who with some specialist help can take part in everyday activities and live as independently as possible.

The centre is located in a residential area of Nottingham, just 2 miles from the M1 motorway and with good bus links. They have a variety of different roles and provide ongoing support with comprehensive training, learning and development opportunities for nurse's that don't have the relevant experience.

This exciting and dynamic role will place you at the heart of a clinical team, working closely with patients and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best care and rehabilitation for patients. In your role as Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment, development and evaluation of programmes of care and will contribute to the wider clinical governance agenda including service developments and staff supervision. You will need to be able to work flexibly and must demonstrate good communication skills to support and enhance the close links with other statutory and voluntary organisations.

You must be:-

*RGN, RMN or RNLD Qualified (must hold a current registration with the NMC and have a legal right to work in the UK)

*Be a good team player

*Have a flexible attitude and wholly adopt a person centred ethos

*Show empathy and a desire to make a difference

*Be up to date with current practices

*Have strong leadership and management qualities and be willing to take ownership for the delivery of quality care

*Have a good understanding and experience of working with the Mental Health Act

- £1000 payable upon successful completion of the 3 month probationary period
- Followed by a second payment of £1500, after 13 months service from start date
