My client are a world leading trendy footwear brand looking for a Multi-Channel Insight Analyst to join their fast-paced marketing team. You will be the data expert in the team and the 'go-to’ person for customer and marketing performance insight. You will be responsible for proactively mining and analysing visit and transactional data online and in store to provide insight into customer behaviour and campaign performance. You will then present this information to stakeholders across the business to help drive and inform the multichannel marketing strategy.

Reporting to: Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities
Role Specific
• Identify business issues, design hypotheses and provide answer to business questions
• Mine, analyse and interpret data from the database and business intelligence systems
• Develop robust data models
• Apply business rules to define customers segments and export for email marketing comms
• Provide insight into effectiveness of marketing efforts using matchback analysis as well as assisted click and last click attribution models
• Enable data visualisation and translate findings into simple actionable insight
• Translate analysis into easily digestible and appropriate output to be presented at operational or senior level
• Maintain high level of accuracy in reporting and analysis by checking output before distributing to the business
• Ensure data integrity & accessibility serving as the business owner for the customer database
• Support development of the database to include additional useful data sources
• Oversee development of database tools to improve reporting
• Maintain data map to record all data input and output sources within the database
• Provide weekly & monthly customer and marketing KPI reports, indentifying actionable trends
• Provide adhoc reports on market/customer trends/behaviour as requested
• Work closely with the CRM Manager to develop deeper understanding of customer and inform ongoing strategy
• Work closely with members of the ecommerce, retail and customer service teams as well as the wider business to share insight and communicate analysis results

• Weekly Customer Insight report detailing # customer in each segment, segment shift and KPIs against these e.g. purchase frequency, revenue and lifetime value
• Monthly customer trend report detailing KPIs including customer profiling and trend analysis
• Maintenance of data map and transfer of old data from CRM database to suppliers
• Ad hoc campaign reporting across online and offline marketing channels
