Site Manager - Bristol

The Company

If you are a Site Manager looking for your next opportunity my clients are a very well established, privately owned main contractor operating from their South West office in Bristol. They cover the whole spectrum of building including new build, refurbishment and fit-out, across sectors including residential, commercial, education and healthcare. Geographically they cover Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and some of South Wales and work on projects up to £10m in value. Projects maybe negotiated, traditional or Design and Build.

The Role

Due to their continued tendering successes they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join their team. Reporting in to the Construction Director you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start on site to successful handover. Projects will be predominantly be refurbishment projects but some extension / new build projects may also be involved. Projects will typically be in Bristol and Bath areas with values from £500k up to £2m in value.

The Candidate

You will have previous experience of working as a Site Manager for a main contractor working on similar sized projects, ideally with some refurbishment experience. You will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate a successful career to date, coupled with a professional outlook. Candidates from either a trades or academic background will be considered.
