A global Banking Institution are looking for a Credit Risk SAS/SQL analyst, the job is paying up to £50,000.

This role is with a leading banking Institution who operate in over 40 countries and are looking for a Credit Risk SAS/SQL analyst to join their headquarter London offices.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for developing the company's Credit Risk strategy, providing credit risk and portfolio analysis of banking products. You will be responsible with developing the businesses risk appetite, conducting analysis into the performance of the company's existing risk strategies and identifying areas where it can be improved. You will also be required to maintain the policy and strategy documentation processes, and present the findings of your analysis to senior stakeholders within the business and when required attend key risk committees.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience of Credit Risk from within the financial services sector, having strong analytical skills to interpret Credit Risk modelling concepts. You will need a strong IT skill set, having a strong understanding of SAS, SQL and Excel, and be confident in the extraction and manipulation of data from these systems. You will need to have strong communication skills due to the regular contact with senior stakeholders, being able to communicate the results of your analysis to both technical and non-technical members of the business.
