My client is a highly respected IT service provider who are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive to join their fast-growing team. The company are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work on your own initiative to generate leads through outbound calls. This role generating new business leads. Offering a great new office environment with free parking and fantastic benefits.

Junior Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive role requirements:

• Minimum of 4 months Telephone Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Account Manager experience.
• Cold Calling experience.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to cross and up-sell.
• Experience of managing a database with accurate data input skills.
• Generating new business.
• Business to business sales.
• Experience of hitting targets and KPI’s.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Previous experience of working in a targeted sales environment.
• The ability to priorities workloads and multi task in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Building relationship with key accounts.
