Our Market Leading Global Client, who operate within the Data and Technology arena are experiencing unrivalled success through organic growth and acquisition as well as some very shrewd new hires .
As a result of this growth they seek to add a number of Business Development Executives
You will be generating new business opportunities supporting the growth of sales revenue across the business. You will initiate, contact and develop business revenue and profit stream via new business appointments with direct customers and identifying and targeting new organisations where there is an opportunity to deliver their services.
This isn't a telephone heavy role but one in which you will also utilise the technology available via social media et al to reach out to decision makers etc

Key Responsibilities:
To generate and develop new business appointments and opportunities via outbound calling, emails and Social media, thus generating revenue and profit flow across the business
You will develop a clear understanding of different sector requirements and how their services deliver value across a multitude of markets.
Other duties include: Daily, weekly, monthly telesales campaign reviews Establish up sell and/or cross sell opportunities
Achievement of agreed activity levels and KPIs
Working closely and supporting the New Business Sales Team on sector led telesales campaigns and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
You will ideally be educated to degree level with in depth knowledge of current e-commerce issues
You will have gained experience within a business-to-business telesales/outbound customer service operation in a high-activity environment
You will have gained experience from within a target/performance-led business
You will ideally have experience of technology-based products and be iT literate
You must be detail conscious and committed to keeping accurate and up-to-date records
You will be ambitious, target-orientated with high levels of energy and drive and be commercially aware, entrepreneurial and a strong team player
