The Role – Graduate New Business Development Executive

Initially you will be working with a mixture of existing accounts and developing new leads. As the role is business development the emphasis will be on the creating and growing new accounts. The core aim of this role is to develop new revenue streams for the business but also for you to develop a good understanding of the company`s products and services so that you can start to engage fully with your clients. There is a clear progression structure in place – you`ll take ownership of the entire business cycle, developing rapport, negotiating with clients and closing deals once you`ve mastered the mechanics of your role.

Main Responsibilities

- Strategic lead generation into businesses
- Business introductions via phone, email, LinkedIn
- Booking meetings for senior sales team
- Shadowing meetings and eventually running your own meetings
- Revenue generation through existing and new clients
- Networking to grow your client base
