CXK’s Emotional Wellbeing Service supports children and young people to improve and understand their emotional health and well-being. Delivering in schools and local community venues the service works with 5-19 year olds through one to one support and therapeutic interventions. We are evidence based in the work we deliver and creative and passionate about how we do it.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager who will oversee a Kent-wide team of Practitioners and Team Co-ordinator to achieve the KPIs and outcomes of the Targeted Emotional Wellbeing Service. A key element of this role will involve developing and maintaining effective working arrangements and relationships with key stakeholders which includes Early Help, Public Health Services, CAMHS, Specialist Children Services and other CXK services therefore excellent verbal and communication skills are crucial.
