This global facilities management company are looking for a Project Support PMO Analyst to join their large and successful projects team. This role will offer unrivalled progression and an excellent benefits package including a superb pension, health, life insurance and superb holidays.

Main responsibilities / duties:

* To support with the timely implementation of operational tools
* To maintain continuous and effective delivery of, Planon and other IT tools
* Provide general support to the System Support Manager
* Based on each project specifications, identify deliverables and define solution to implement after validation with Operations & System Support
* Interact other teams to validate and identify resources, costs and timing
* Participate and advise on the selection of software required based on EIFM Operations business requirements
* Participate in group wide bid processes as appropriate
* Deliver tasks at agreed frequencies

To be successful:

* We are seeking to engage a bright, personable individual holding the following key experience, skills and qualifications;
* Ample experience as a project officer or administrator supporting multiple large, complex business projects (mandatory)
* Ability to coordinate, prioritise and organise requests for the project team, on boarding new team members and administering personnel detail (mandatory)
* Office administration, co-ordination, planning and management
* Creating and compiling clear and concise reports and documentation
* Advanced Microsoft suite skills (Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word)
* Experience with Planon or other facilities management software
