Person Specification - Learning Support Assistant

For this Learning Support Assistant role, you must be a reliable Psychology graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and has some experience supporting SEN children. We want to see graduates with the drive to demonstrate their considerate nature by providing a thoughtful solution to any issues that may be raised.
