Do you have experience delivering Literacy & Numeracy? Are you looking to work for one of the UK's largest Training Providers?

This role will be based from Southampton with the part-time hours of 3 days per week. The salary of £21,500 per annum (pro rata to 3 days a week)

You will support customers to gain accredited qualifications in English and Maths.

Duties include:
* To deliver high quality training sessions in a group environment and by giving one-to-one learner support
* To motivate learners to engage on the course, demonstrated by achieving high learner retention rates
* To deliver training in cohorts in order to ensure learners achieve their qualification within planned end dates
* To set clear expectations when managing groups of learners to ensure full engagement and appropriate behaviour is demonstrated throughout the sessions
* To assess and identify the appropriate qualification level for each learner through discussion and assessment tools
* Responsible for ensuring personal KPI targets are met, as demonstrated by management information
* To ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all learners, obtaining and acting on feedback to make improvements

Candidates need:
* Maths & English level 2/3 qualifications
* Experience working in a teaching and learning environment
* Experience of teaching Maths and English is essential
* Experience running creative workshops, particularly those around job search, employability skills, career development and confidence building
* Experience in the delivery and assessment of accredited qualifications in the field of Maths and English
* A teaching qualification such as PTTLS, however suitable candidates that are willing to work towards an accredited teaching qualification will be considered.
