Are you experienced in Management? Do you have specialist experience working within a Retail/Business related environment? Are you a Qualified Business and Retail Management Assessor?

One of the UK's leading national Training Providers is looking to grow their training and delivery team in the Yorkshire area and are searching for a Trainer Assessor in Retail, Management and Team Leading to Assess learners in vocational and skills courses such as Management, Team Leading and functional skills across the yorkshire region.

This role is being offered on a full-time basis.

Trainer Assessors are expected to source a proportion of their own learners to shape a localised caseload, whilst also being supported by a motivated, energetic and engaging sales team.

My client use e-portfolio so you can manage the learner journey remotely, which creates a robust tracking system and we will provide you with all the tools for you to do this successfully.

You will work remotely but you won't be on your own as you will form part of a regional learner achievement team (LAT). They have a passion for education and are dedicated to helping others develop their skills and fulfil their potential.

This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Retail & Management industries to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

This role will suit an excellent communicator who has experience of working in Retail or Office environment. You will have worked to management level and have either delivered/co-ordinated training in the workplace or be familiar with how workplace learning operates.

This vacancy is open to Qualified candidates only.

Candidates must have:

*Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33)
*NVQ Level 3 in Management/Team Leading
*IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including spreadsheets
*Ability to demonstrate sector experience
*Functional Skills Level 1 (Mathematics, English & ICT) or equivalent
*Previous experience of working remotely

*Starting salary of £20,000 - £22,000pa (dependant on experience)
