This growth has created the need for a new role - Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be supporting the Head of Contact Centre with a variety of data analytics to support decision making across the business.
This is a permannet role, based in central London and will be paying the successful candidate £28000 - £30000 plus excellent benefits.
The business Analyst will be looking into areas such as call centre KPIs, WFM performance, country variances, customer traffic and supporting marketing campaigns.
Candidates will ideally hold a university degree and have a previous background in business analysis. They should have advanced Excel skills and be able to create models.
Previous experience in a call / contact centre environment would be a huge advantage.
