With business booming and opportunities being created, this is great time to jump on board.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking an ambitious individual to join our brand new team located at our Birmingham City Centre office. You will be working in a fast-moving, challenging and target-driven environment.You will be responsible for acquiring attendees for a large variety of events, conferences and seminars covering a multitude of sectors from education to the voluntary sector. Working closely with the marketing department you will be telephoning contacts from our extensive database. You will also be responsible for managing data and utilising warm leads given from the activity of a marketing campaign to close ticket sales.WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO…

Achieve weekly KPI’s and manage objection handling where required.*
Cold-calling new business prospects.*
Writing introduction emails to introduce and explain the full range of Events/Seminars.*
Possess excellent verbal communication skills*
Be committed, enthusiastic, highly organised and work as part of a team*
Be resilient and work well in a high pressure environment.*
Extremely self-motivated and efficient.
