Reports in to: Software Development Manager

Overview of role
You will work as part of a team responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of
my clients sites This will include new features such as us giving customers instant finance
decisions online. As a business, emphasis is being placed on our online systems and you will play a
key part in this strategy.

Key Accountabilities:
* Advance level knowledge of C#, ASP.Net and client side technologies.
* Work as part of an agile Scrum team to deliver high quality applications for my client.
* Working alongside the business, analyse user requirements and produce technical solutions
to fulfil these requirements.
* Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, demonstrations and retrospectives.
* Support the business through technological innovation and automation of processes
enabling the business to grow.
* Have an appetite for personal development ensuring not only technical knowledge is kept
up to date, but also non-technical skills and self-awareness.
* Support at all times the vision and ethics of the Company, working to its missions,
objectives.
Skills and Experience:
* Software Development
o C# Version 5.0 and above.
o ASP.NET MVC
o Client side frameworks (Knockout, Angular, React etc)
o HTML/CSS
o Javascript
o WebApi
o Unit Testing (Moq)
o Design Patterns (Dependency Injection)
o Excellent knowledge of full application life cycle
o Experience designing applications and knowledge of design patterns
o Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
o Excellent analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
o SQL Server - TSQL and Stored Procedures
o Visual Studio, TFS
* Desirables: -
o Umbraco
o Angular 2
o Redgate tooling
