My client, a global multimedia group with stunning offices in London & Cape Town as well as other worldwide locations is currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join the German Market team.

First stop - London office, you will receive all necessary training and start working. Accommodation support provided and the immigration team will sort your visa for the sunny Cape Town. In South Africa, you will be based within Luxurious office space, secure accommodation and will get expenses covered for the first 3 months!

It is a truly amazing opportunity for someone looking to gain great international experience as well as travel and explore other countries.

Successful candidate will possess the following specifications

Faultless standard of German language (written/ Spoken)
Educated to a degree or diploma level
Have an enthusiastic and pro-active work approach
Ability to work on your own as well as a team
Have a deadline and goal oriented mind set
Fully computer literate with strong typing skills
German Speaking

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing high standard of Customer Service over the telephone, via email and online chat system (in German)
Maintaining accurate database records at all times
Working to deadlines and completing tasks assigned
Building and developing relationships with the customers
Taking full responsibility for handling customer queries
Making outbound calls to existing customers to complete assigned campaigns
Managing any other ad-hoc duties passed to you by the managers and supervisors
