£24,900 - £28,500 basic, expected earnings £35,000 - £43,000, company vehicle, 23 days holidays rising with service, pension, full training.

Are you a field service engineer or a freshly qualified apprentice engineer who needs an opportunity to shine, do you want to work on technically advanced equipment with some of the best terms and conditions in the industry? You must have a recognised engineering qualification City & Guilds, ONC, HNC or above, a full UK driving licence, good communications skills, focus, real desire for promotion and personal growth.

What you have worked on previously is not important as you will receive full and in-depth training.

The company is massive with sales on every continent, in the UK there are several divisions selling into diverse market places, the products are electrical, electronic, mechanical based and at the top of the market for quality, function, with full scalability, as well as, the ability to be easily and comprehensively updated.

This division deals with healthcare, NHS, private hospitals, specialist clinics, laboratories, universities, pharmaceutical and supplies essential kit to them.

Your role: - Includes new product installation ranging from placing the kit and plugging it in, to full week long plus builds in the plant room, depending on the size of kit required, calibration on a very regular basis using known samples to check and calibrate the kit. Routine servicing including the replacement of parts at set run times, cleaning, disinfection cycles, visual inspections and full function tests, break down repair normally from misuse or mechanical damage, occasionally replacing a control board, solenoid or other part, overhaul - if a client does not want to replace the kit at the end of its viable service life you may complete a full overhaul and rebuild of the kit.

With the role there is opportunity for as much or as little overtime as you require, realistically £10,000 - £20,000 is easily achievable, more available if you want it.

Prospects are excellent with growth into many difficult areas of the business.

To be suitable for this role you may be a factory maintenance engineer newly qualified from your apprenticeship, or a field service engineer limited in the current scope of your role.

However, you must have a recognised engineering qualification, it could be City & Guilds, ONC, HNC, Degree, 17th Edition or similar.
