Due to the continued success and strategy for further growth within the UK we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team to support our expansion.
The Role: Sales Support Executive
We are looking for an outstanding person with a proven track record of successfully developing business preferably in a Telecoms or Communications environment.
This opportunity would ideally suit someone who is currently in a sales role and is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and growing business.
- Assist Account Managers with the selling of hardware and services.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Assist with the sourcing and development of client referrals.
Skills/Experience required (Ideal but not all essential)
- Experience in working in a competitive B2B sales environment.
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office), reporting skills and use of a CRM.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence when working with personnel at all levels and disciplines within a company and when dealing with customers.
- A professional manner.
- Have an ambitious attitude to succeed.
- Good business sense and the ability to work well within a team.
