Salary: £17,000-£24,000 DOE
Our client is a leading insurance brokerage based just outside of Cardiff. They are a business that has grown considerably and will continue to do so.
You will be handling a range of classes of claims including Property, Commercial, Motor and Home claims. The majority of claims are processing based, utilising good customer service with your clients and liaising with insurance companies to ensure settlement is reached. You will need to advise clients of their protection in line with their insurance policy and be comfortable and professional in your approach.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Ideally you will have experience in the insurance sector in a relevant claims handling, complaints, customer service type role
- Experience and knowledge of relevant insurance products is preferable (Property, Commercial, Motor and Home claims)
- Good attention to detail and quality of work produced
- Keen and eager and conscientious
