Client Support Executive - Bilingual Chinese/English
NIGHTSHIFT: Working hours 23.00 - 07.00
As our Client Support Executive you will be looking after our Clients with a focus on the Chinese speaking market.
We can only accept candidates that can communicate fluently both verbally and in writing at business level in both Chinese and English.
Experience gained within a Customer Service environment is essential, ideally they will have a Financial Services background.
Typically responsibilities will include
- Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal and external company listings
- Administering the set up of new client accounts
- Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
- Responding to client enquiries via email
- Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
- Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
- Providing basic technical/trading support for clients
- Electronic filing
- Scanning and photocopying
- Archiving documents
- Mail mergers
- Sending out welcome letters to clients
As this is a Nightshift role, we will be looking for evidence of the candidates ability to work and make decisions with the minimum of supervision.
