Our client is a long established and successful multi-branch Electro-Mechanical engineering business based in Liverpool. They specialise in provide a complete turnkey repair & maintenance service for their customers UK-wide.

The company is a market leader in it’s field, and growing demand from clients has led to a need for a Clerk / Administrator with basic CAD experience to support the electrical department. Electrical knowledge is not required for this role but AutoCAD knowledge would be an advantage.

Reporting to the department supervisor, duties will include:
• Managing all administration for the department
• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Checking deliveries and shipments
• Ensuring sales invoices are raised
• Recording work schedules
• Making minor amendments to electrical diagrams using AutoCAD (under supervision)

The successful applicant will:
• Have previous administration experience
• Have basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Be a confident user of MS Office software, particularly Word & Excel
• Have good English and Math skills
• Be able to prioritise and manage their own workload
• Be able to handle pressure in busy periods
• Be happy to work overtime when the need arises

This is a great opportunity to work in a successful business with good career prospects. Hours of work are 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, with overtime or weekend work available during busy periods.
The role comes with a very competitive £17,500 pa basic pay rate, with overtime leading to a very attractive OTE circa £20,000 pa.
