My client is a well established, market leading IT Software House. Due to continued growth, they now require an IT Helpdesk Application Support Engineer to provide IT support to external users in a telephone and remote support role.

You should have a passion for technology and a real desire to pursue a career in IT. Full training will be given however you should have some IT skills or knowledge including Windows 7 / 10 and know how databases work (i.e. SQL, Tables, Stored Procedure and Reports etc).

You should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal professionally with clients over the phone and face to face.
