SF Group are recruiting a permanent Finance Manager for our Birmingham based charity client. The organisation is undertaking a period of significant change and require a qualified accountant to develop finance systems, develop MI reporting to fuel sales strategy and manage the end to end accounting process. This is a stand alone role that will see you have full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, payroll and cash flow management.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will engage in strategic management of the financial activity of the company, liaise daily with operation managers and assist in the determination of product pricing. There is a strong business case for implementing new finance systems so past experience of identifying and rolling out new systems will be highly desirable. Candidates with SORP and partially exempt VAT accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) and will have proven accounting exposure in SME environments. You will confident in acting as the sole finance representative for the company, dealing with internal/external customers and playing a leading role in the strategic development of operations.
