Account Manager

We deliver single services such as cleaning, security, catering or any combination of service through to a complete bespoke multi-service solutions. Leading the way in individual and multi-service provision delivering innovative, added value and quality solutions for our clients in every sector throughout the UK.

The Role

Managing a team of employees to deliver client specifications and SLA's. Reporting into the key Account Manager supporting with ad-hoc projects and regional objectives.


Inform Key Account Managers of any breaches, non-compliance or accidents

To ensure all safeguarding and child protection legislation and policy is communicated and adhered to

Directly manage accounts within the operating region ensuring all standards, specifications and SLA's are met

Collate and submit all payroll information including new starters and leavers

Regular visits to all sites within your region

Organisation and authorising of stock and supplies to meet needs but remain within budget

Conduct risk assessments

Training and performance management of all employees

Train supervisors to required standards

Maintaining staff records, including holiday and sickness

Support with tasks allocated by Key Account Managers/Regional Managers

Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to


Full clean driving license.

Passing of Enhanced DBS check

Educated to a minimum of 8 GCSE's, A-C or equivalent

Prepared to take a hands on approach, lifting and moving heavy equipment where needed and understanding of the need to wear correct PPE

Experience training and coaching teams

Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in the catering and cleaning sectors

Able to plan and prioritise workload when given additional regional projects to support

Able to commute daily to regional sites

Be prepared to work unsociable hours

Previous Account Manager experience

High level of attention to detail

Strong understanding and experience of IT systems and MS office applications

Customer service champion

Great at time management and balancing multiple streams of work in a pressurised environment
