Agile Project Manager Role - Time to Scrum down
As an Agile Project Manager within this established start-up (350000 users already!), you'll be leading a cross-functional development team of talented techies i.e. QAs, Developers, DevOps etc.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of the delivery processes

  • Work closely with the Head of Engineering to shape the future of delivery within this vibrant working environment.

The role and ideal candidate:
This is an integral hire for this growing business, as you'll be setting out to challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and quality - consistently raising the bar. You'll do this by creating a culture of high motivation and continuous improvement within the tech teams, whilst proactively communicating with all stakeholders. You'll also have a knack for translating discussions between technical teams and senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage product teams and software development projects as a PM or Scrum Master (they're very agile!)

  • Solid background in agile environments, with the ability to use a hybrid of key methodologies to create an effective toolset and working environment

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong experience utilising JIRA - administrator-level preferably

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working in a small tech business with a start-up feel

  • Tech/coding background

  • Mobile app project experience
