An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Credit Controller to join our client's friendly and busy team in their office based in Wallisdown in Poole, Dorset!

If you have SAGE experience and good administration and IT skills then this would be a wonderful opportunity for you!

Location, Poole, Dorset

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £9.50 an hour

You will have telephone and customer service experience and be a good communicator who's able to analyse data and resolve issues.

Position overview:

* Responsible for the management of incoming payments, allocation of payments to customer's ledgers and reconciling general ledgers daily.
* Customer account reconciliations and account management (housekeeping)
* Preparation of refunds and journals

Job functions:

* Creating daily cash sheet of incoming payments, highlighting missing remittances to customer services.
* Daily interactions with customer services via email or phone.
* Managing payment and account queries.
* Credit Management - release of orders off credit hold and daily creation of on hold report
* Posting invoices
* Raising credit notes

Job requirements:

* SAP Experience useful not essential
* Office Skills (Word, Excel, PP)
* Attention to detail important to reduce errors and ensure correct process flow is carried out.
* Must have good collaboration skills as will be required to work across multiple businesses
* Flexible and able to multi-task
