Field Lift Engineer – Competitive Salary plus Company Van, Phone & PDA

Are you a Lift engineer working for one of the larger lift companies, and no longer want to be that little fish in a big pond, and would prefer to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond? then this could be the right opportunity for you! Ideally looking for someone to cover south of Birmingham ( region to be discussed)

My client is a well-established lift company and are now looking to recruit a number of Lift Engineers to join them.

The successful Field Lift Engineer must currently be working in a similar position so should be well adaptive with tracing faults and reading wiring schematics, you will need to be able to hit the ground running.

The Field Lift Engineer will cover the service & repair work of various types of lifts so MUST have previous experience within this field. You must be able to demonstrate your abilities to the highest professional standard.

You will also be over-achieving in every aspect of your day to day duties, and be capable of working under your own initiative and think outside the box.

Essential Requirements:

Be skilled with a wide range of Lift equipment and Lift manufactures
Must have 5 or more years’ total experience working within the lift industry, including working as a field service & call out engineer
Have industry relevant training (NVQ 3, J MODULES or Equivalent, CSCS) and Manufacturers product training certificates
You will be customer focused and confident in your skills and be a confident communicator
You will have a valid UK driving licence
The position requires you to be CRB checked

My client is offering a competitive salary dependant on experience, plus a company van, telephone and PDA.
