Junior Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie

Our client is a Wiltshire country pub looking for a trained and active Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ideally having experience or knowledge of the Michelin kitchens and in both pastry and savoury, they have a good reputation for quality good food but looking to deepen the kitchens strength.

You will be working on average 4 days on 3 days off, but may be required to do an extra day every now and then. They have live in available in a separate cottage, 5 minutes walk away.

Salary will be dependent on strength of candidate but will be in the range £19,000 - £21,000 per annum plus full share of tips.
