Role - Sketchup Customer Success Manager

Type - Permanent

Location - London

Salary - Circa £75,000 per annum plus benefits (please advise what you're looking for)

My client provides services to a wide range of sectors including Construction, Transportation and Logistics and they are looking to take on a Sketchup Customer Success Manager on a permanent basis, in the London area.

The Sketchup Customer Success Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

* BA or BSc qualified in a related Design field would be preferred
* Be an expert user of SketchUp Pro
* 3-5 years minimum experience to be able to adapt in the role
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral to be able to communicate at all times with customers
* Flexibility to travel
* Have the ability to pick up new products quickly when required
* Be familiar with SketchUp workflows within AEC

The Sketchup Customer Success Manager role will involve:

* Being responsible for the development and delivery of product demos
* Travelling across the sales territories covered
* Presenting the product to customers at different events i.e seminars and conferences
* Having the ability to answer customer questions in relation to the product
* Recommending best practices
* Working closely with the Product Management teams
* Articulating technology and product positioning to technical users
* Building and maintaining long term relationships throughout the sales cycle
* Working closely with the Field Sales force
