Client Details

Well established and fast growing SME Business

Description

Setting up new clients and maintain existing account details with the purchase ledger

Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders

Banking and reconciliation

Running off turnover statements

Sorting out any rebates and filing

Checking VAT has been included on invoices

Providing creditors with VAT receipts

Profile

Studying accountant is desirable, although not essential

Great interpersonal and communications skills

Self discipline

Good team working skills

The ability to work to monthly deadlines

An aptitude for IT

knowledge of software packages like Excel, Sage and BACS
