Starboard Personnel are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client based in Barnsley.

Our client specialises in providing payroll and bookkeeping services to clients of various sizes and different industries.

Due to head count increase our client is looking to recruit a part-time Administrator, who has the knowledge of payroll & bookkeeping.

The hours of work will be 12 hours per week over 3 days, ideally Monday, Wednesday & Friday, a degree of flexibility is possible on days of work.

The role:
Answering Telephones in a polite & professional manner
Filing both electronically and hard copies
Setting up clients packs
Scanning & shredding
Following up meetings with calls, emails and mailshots
Keeping CRM up to date
Producing reports
Maintaining spread sheets on Excel
Checking and matching supplier statements, invoices & credit notes
Dealing with any invoice queries and rectifying in a timely manner
Any other duties as required.

The candidate:
Previous experience of Administration within a Bookkeeping environment
Excellent Excel Skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent computer skills
