We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing and Communication Officer to liaison and communicate with our internal services as we have start our extended services. The new recruitment will join to our administrative department for external communication and application.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Being the first point of contact within the department;
  • Communicate with the universities and the educational institutions to obtain agent ship.
  • Need to apply to the universities and the educational institutions for agent application and build a valid relationship to work with them.
  • Prepare and built a standard procedure to identify the requirement of new institutions.
  • All kind of communication to create a relationship with the educational institutions in terms of representation.
  • Help and assist the marketing team to develop new marketing strategy for the new institutions.
  • Analysis the courses and key selling features of partner universities and serve the marketing team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Gather and collect market information for the required product and service for the business.
  • Build a communication pathway with the internal employees to collect the information of requirement and criteria of product development.
  • Innovate and prepare a product and information book for internal use to improve the service of counsel team
  • Prepare and update the company profile a term basis with a quality standard.
  • Responsibility included required emailing, phone call, drafting, visiting, correspondence, filing etc.
  • Prepare and develop a monitoring system in terms of performance scale with our partner universities and recommend marketing team for required improvement.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven previous experience in innovation and product development related position with good negotiation skills;
  • Must have to have good communication skills in English both in writing and speaking
  • Detailed understanding of required services along with influential factors of strategies;
  • Detailed knowledge and experience to communicate and negotiate with the top management of educational institutions.
  • Must have intension to travel throughout the country or overseas upon required;
  • Proven track record in achieving similar field;

Education & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree
  • Experience in the education industry is desirable: 1 year (also consider sales experience) or
  • Proven previous as product or business development related position with good negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving similar field;
