Due to business success within smart metering market the company are expanding and hiring application engineers.
Your new role
We currently are recruiting for 2x Applications (electronic) Engineers.
Successful candidates will be be the technical link between internal and external customer with in in-depth product knowledge on allocated products.
They will be required to comprehend and utilise product features benefits and applications to support sales team in achieve or exceed sales goals as well as conceive new product ideas & identify new application of existing products.
Ideally we are looking for the candidates with Heat Metering or Heating Controls/Home Automation background. We are looking for individuals that are able to understand the technical complexity of our products and work with customers to understand their requirements to explore the feasibility of different ways to apply the products.
The successful candidate will also act as an interface between our sales & marketing team regards product launches, technical understanding etc.
We would like to find someone with domain knowledge in possibly one of these areas, eg. heating background, controls, district heating, home automation, lighting or security automation or maybe mobile phone background, heat metering.
Both roles are on a 37 hour contract 5 days per week (8am - 4pm Mon to Thu, 8am - 3.30pm Fri).
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates must have degree in Electrical/ Electronic engineering and Software application experience, ideally within energy , smart metering environment.
