Head of Human Resources
CER is working exclusively with Reach South, an expanding Multi Academy Trust supporting six schools, increasing to 8 by July, in all aspect of their HR processes. You will be the lead contact on the implementation and management of all HR procedures across the Trust and the primary contact for key external contacts including Trade Unions, Payroll, Local Authorities and Pensions agencies.
You will work closely with Academy Managers and Heads of School to ensure that recruitment processes and practices are standardised across the Trust. This is a diverse role in which you may be required to visit the Academies on an ad hoc basis, working to support the them across a wide range of areas, from TUPE transfers, contracts of employment and Employee Relations. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team contributing to the long term strategy of the Trust. This is an exceptional opportunity to make your mark within a growing Academy Trust and grow your own team. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, with experience in leading and making change, with the natural gravitas to influence at all levels, from Trustees of the Board through to teaching & support staff.
