Working as part of the marcomms team within a wider agency offer (including PR, digital and social media), the post-holder will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of allocated accounts by developing, delivering and measuring integrated and impactful strategies which achieve business and financial objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Description

  • On designated accounts, take ownership of client revenue targets and forecasts and act as client lead with responsibility for building exceptional relationships, and for devising and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative campaigns which fully reflect objectives and meet or exceed expectations
  • Oversee on-time campaign delivery, co-ordinating agency teams and liaising with and managing outsourcing partners - including freelancers, photographers and print - in order to fulfil all projects on time, and to high quality standards
  • Continuously monitor progress of campaign performance in order to provide accurate ROI analysis which demonstrates strategic value and operational success
  • Compile and deliver accurate client monthly status reports outlining all ongoing and future projects to aid the agency's planning process
  • Precise interaction with Synergist on job raising, quoting, time implementation and weekly monitoring of job profitability
  • Attend client meetings as required, either alone or with other members of the account team, to take briefs and present results, research or creative work

Profile

  • Experience of client relationship management, ideally gained in advertising, design or marketing
  • Excellent time and project management skills, including knowledge of Excel and planning systems
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, in writing and in person
  • Excellent commercial skills and judgement
  • An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast-moving, deadline driven and pressurised environment
