Part Time Finance Manager job for a Recruitment business based in Central London paying £35,000 - £40,000
Your new company
An SME multi specialism recruitment business, providing skilled professionals to the technology, telecommunications and digital media industries. They have seen a steady amount of growth over the years however they still pride themselves on having a small company feel. You will be working sole charge, reporting directly into the Managing Director.
Your new role
You will be responsible for preparing the accounts from start to finish including the day to day bookkeeping and company employee and temporary contractor payroll. You will also produce a monthly management accounts pack with analysis and commentary to present to the MD. You will also provide monthly MI reporting and commission analysis. At year end you will provide all statutory accounts and reporting. You will be the first point of contact for all supplier, client and contractor queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong previous experience of working as a sole charge accountant in the recruitment sector. You will have an excellent understanding of the recruitment sector and temporary payroll process. You will have strong experience with accounting and payroll systems as well as Excel. You will have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact with sales consultants, clients and candidates on a daily basis.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a starting salary of £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on your previous experience as well as the opportunity to join a successful business in an ever growing market. You will be a focal part of the business and will provide financial reporting to senior directors and stakeholders.
