Progress your career in the events industry in a business development role working with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Working from state of the art modern offices in central London you'll receive ongoing training, support and development.

I am looking for energetic and passionate individuals who have had experience in B2B outbound sales positions to join my client's dynamic team in their London offices. This particular position is centered within Politics and Current Affairs, responsible for selling a well-established in house magazine to c-level executives.

Working on a global scale, you will become an integral part of the commercial team, speaking directly to VIP's and c-level executives throughout the industry and becoming a real expert in our client's events and offerings. Setting yourself goals and providing clear performance summaries to the head of sales, you will be commercial in nature and always looking to gain more revenue ££.

What I am looking for in a candidate;

The successful candidate will be the epitome of professionalism and sales enthusiasm.

* At least 2 years' experience in B2B event sales, advertising sales or business intelligence
* Highly commercially driven with money as a genuine motivational factor
* Self-motivated with a track record of sales success
* An interest and understanding in politics would be advantageous
* Experience making a high volume of phone calls
