Vulnerability Management Lead - Permanent - Norwich /Sheffield - £40k - £50k Per Annum.

The Company
An experienced Vulnerability Management Lead is required by a Financial Services company. This role can be based in Norwich or London.

The Role
You will ensure that the Digital Estate is maintained reliably, efficiently and securely.

*You will work as part of the Digital CIO team to ensure that vulnerabilities are proactively managed and resolved to ensure long term resilience of systems
*You will ensure Digital CIO estate has a robust and cohesive vulnerability patching cycle, with proactive management of risks and remediation of any gaps
*You will lead, manage and deliver all Digital CIO plans and activities so systems are patched in a regular and timely manner
*You will lead engagement with other areas of CIO to ensure vulnerability management activity is managed on time
*You will be responsible for the management of patching process to reduce conflicts within change windows and project deliveries
*You will provide accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholder groups and governance bodies
*You will promote the importance of managing vulnerabilities across the Digital CIO estate

Experience Required
*Ability to translate and communicate complex IT problems to a non technical audience
*Data analysis experience, with a keen eye for detail and instinctively curious.
*A desire to investigate and resolve problems with a logical approach
*Strong stakeholder management and adaptable communication skills - able to communicate equally effectively to colleagues from multiple disciplines
*Knowledge and application of governance / control environments
*Willingness to drive own research and learning
*Working collaboratively with a wide range of internal teams, influencing them to follow agreed policy
*Manage multiple activities and prioritise effectively, responding to short deadlines where necessary
*Can work under own initiative
*Relevant experience of vulnerability management in similar organisations
*Working in a global fast paced and start up / ambiguous environment
*Working in a similar business with a significant digital presence
