We are pleased to be recruiting for an engaging and charismatic Beauty Area Manager for our luxury Spa and Retail client with a Head Office based in the heart of Mayfair, W1.
This outstanding Beauty Area Manager opportunity would be perfect for a charming and experienced Retail Manager with a Beauty Therapy qualification, innate people skills and lots of drive and motivation.
This is a true management role for an inspirational leader to help run breakfast meetings and evening events as well as be responsible for recruiting and building a dynamic team of outstanding Retail professionals.
Based from the Mayfair Head Office, you will be responsible for supporting, managing and motivating teams in Central London based top department stores as well as identifying problems or opportunities and analysing sales. You will spend approximately 50% of your time at the London based stores and 50% of your time at the W1 based Head Office.
Hours: 45 per week over 5 days with flexibility required.

To be successful in this Beauty Area Manager opportunity, you will have:
*Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
*Previous beauty industry management experience
*IT literacy and good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Key accountabilities within this Beauty Area Manager role include:
*Responsibility for recruiting and building a strong Retail Team
*Managing, motivating and developing staff
*Ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded
*Key account management
*Maximising all sales and marketing opportunities
*Ensuring strong visual brand presence in all sites
*Providing weekly management reports
*Driving CRM strategy
*Arranging quarterly Regional Meetings
*Collating store sales information and figures
*Building strong relationships with stores and buyers
*Assisting in the planning of promotional events
*Keeping abreast of competitor launches and marketing activities
*Being aware of new products, brands and developments within existing brands
*Contributing ideas regarding brand development and promotional initiatives
