Simply Education is working with a huge variety of secondary schools and academies based in and around the Canterbury area who require eager and knowledgeable Science Teachers for September 2017 on a permanent basis.

With the volume of business vastly increasing, Simply Education are thrilled to be looking to recruit eager, enthusiastic and energetic Science trained teachers, in all specialisms, whom are confident and experienced in teaching in key stages 3, 4 and 5. The subject specialism can be Biology, Chemistry or Physics.

The schools that are currently looking for Science teachers are situated around the Canterbury area.

You will be a passionate teacher, dedicated to improving students knowledge of Science and raising attainment levels, utilising your teaching techniques. You will support the Science department, attending department meetings.

With excellent knowledge of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, you may be required to run intervention sessions for those students that need additional support with Science, and may also attend school trips.

There will be interviews taking place in June/July so shortlisting has already begun. If you are immediately available there could also be the opportunity to work on supply as a trial basis which would be good for those looking to see what the schools are like in the Canterbury area.

Simply Education are looking to recruit a teacher for this Secondary Academy that;
* Excellent knowledge of Biology, Chemistry and Physics
* Has excellent knowledge of teaching Science
* Has recent teaching experience
* Has strong classroom management skills
* Can promote cultural development
* Close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
