SF Group is currently recruiting for Telesales Executive for a Birmingham based Energy business. The purpose of this position is to identify and convert prospects via the phone. If you have experience from/or working in a similar environment it would be preferential. As your day will consist of cold calling potential clients, you must be great at building relationships and provide excellent customer service.

You must be a self-motivated, have good time management and have a professional phone manner. Every working day will be fast-paced and intense from start to finish. This position will be paying between £18,000- £22,000 dependent on experience, and the opportunity to progress for the successful candidate if you hit the relevant targets and KPI's set.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop trusted relationships with future customers
  • To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets
  • To achieve the target conversion rates set
  • Professionally represent the business on a daily basis

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Minimum of 6 months telesales experience - we would welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers
  • The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
  • The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets
  • Can demonstrate creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Target and results driven
