CMD Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Assessor Trainer as an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Trainer to join this ever-growing organisation as part of the Skills Support for the Workforce.

This will be a remote based role within the Leicester and Leicestershire area, liaising with Employers to conduct the training that has been identified during the Training Needs Analysis.

The Trainer will need to conduct, feedback, teach, assess and support learners to achieve their chosen regulated and non-regulated aims on time and to a high level of quality, including liaising with the learner's Employer on a regular basis.

Salary: £22-26,000 per annum + attractive benefits

Knowledge skills & experience

My client is looking for caring people who are passionate about supporting learners through their development journey, the essential requirements are:

* Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33)
* Teaching Qualification (PTTLS or equivalent)
* Knowledge and Understanding of the Leicestershire geographical area
* Functional Skills Level 1 (Mathematics, English & ICT) or equivalent
* Ability to demonstrate sector experience in any of the following areas, Warehousing & Distribution, IT and Sales.

Desirable:

* Relevant Industry Occupational Experience
* Teaching Qualification (DTTLS, CTTLS, Certificate of Education or equivalent)
* Key Skills / Functional Skills Level 2 ICT, Mathematics & English
* Ability to demonstrate sector experience and competence having worked in relevant environment
