Do you come from a technical support background and have good customer service skills?

This company is a very well respected, world renowned leader in the digital printing industry. They are rapidly growing with customers based all over the world, and now require an additional 1st line support technician to help maintain their stellar reputation.

In this role you will be required to assist customers with a wide range of technical issues. You will also be required to train clients on new products, and support them through any servicing, installation, or technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a good technical understanding of printers or copiers - although specific equipment training will be required - and have a good attention to detail.
