In cooperation with the clients, our client develop and implement user-orientated, creative, innovative communication concepts and specific tailor-made solutions – from total, independent planning to the implementation and beyond.

Job Specification
The primary objective of the Systems Designer is to provide Technical Design Services, Support & Project Management to our client base; comprising Audio Visual Systems, Videoconferencing & Collaborative Technologies for our global clients.

We are looking for somebody who is comfortable to work both on their own and in a team with the confidence and ability to acquire our clients` vision across their technology infrastructure and use a true design consultancy and delivery approach to helping our clients` expansion & growth plans.
Candidates should have a strong back ground in Audio Visual, Videoconferencing infrastructure (not just end points) & Collaborative Technologies.

As part of your role as Systems Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Perform technical site surveys
• Meeting with end users to understand the technology challenges & future requirements across AV, IT & VC Infrastructure
• Provision of technical documentation, comprising system schematics, M & E drawings etc.
• Attending project meetings with Clients, Fit - Out Contractors, AVI`s & Professional Teams to coordinate technical projects
• Project Management of Projects
• Meeting new clients to help the development of new products and services
• Monitoring of Audio Visual Systems & Technology Project Deployments
• Liaising with 3rd party suppliers & manufacturers
• Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between users/clients. Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone and/or in person and to verbal or written instructions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users/clients.
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
• Flexible approach to working hours is essential.

Successful candidates for the role of Systems Designer will have:

• Audio Visual Pre or Post Sales Design is essential
• Project Management (preferably with exp. of using MS Project)
• Knowledge of Polycom & Cisco Products & Infrastructure would be preferred
• Ability to sell our client’s Products & Services, a commercial background would therefore be an advantage
• CAD / Visio or similar design packages
• Networking knowledge would be preferred
• Ability to be agile and autonomous
